Terms of Service

Effective date: 26 May 2026

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using EduVentureSpace.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of EduVentureSpace.com ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of the Service

EduVentureSpace.com is an AI-powered platform that generates personalised career and education planning roadmaps for students and young adults. The Service provides informational guidance — including suggested courses, exams, university programs, and internships — based on the profile and goals you provide.

3. Important disclaimer — AI-generated content

AI content is informational only — not professional advice.

All career paths, roadmaps, recommendations, and suggestions generated by the Service are produced by an AI system and are intended solely for general informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute professional career, academic, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

EduVentureSpace.com makes no warranty that following any generated plan will result in university admission, employment, or any other specific outcome. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make based on information from the Service.

We strongly recommend that you verify important information independently (e.g. directly with universities or employers) and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals before making significant educational or career decisions.

4. Eligibility, parental consent, and children's data

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on the Service. If you are between 13 and 15 years old, you may only use the Service with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, in line with Article 8 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A parent or guardian providing consent agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and accepts responsibility for the minor's use of the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are under 18, you additionally represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@eduventurespace.com and we will delete that information without undue delay.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@eduventurespace.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk.

6. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your billing location.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to Pro features until that date. We never bill you again after you cancel.

Your EU / EEA / UK 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can withdraw from a new subscription. Because Pro gives you instant access, the way this works for digital products is standard across the EU and we've kept it simple:

  • Before you generate your first plan:the cooling-off period applies in full. Contact us within 14 days of subscribing and we'll refund you completely.
  • Once we deliver a plan to you:each generated plan is digital content delivered instantly at your request. When you ask us to generate a plan, you're asking for immediate delivery within the 14-day window and acknowledging that delivered plans are yours to keep and aren't refundable — the standard EU rule for instant digital content (Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU). You confirm this with a tick box at checkout. Anything you haven't used yet still falls under the cooling-off period.

This isn't a penalty or a cancellation fee — it simply reflects that a plan, once generated, has already been delivered to you, the same way a streamed film or a downloaded e-book is. If something went wrong with your plan or your subscription, email support@eduventurespace.com — we'd much rather make it right than hide behind a clause.

How to withdraw, and when you get your money back. To withdraw, just tell us clearly before the 14 days are up — email support@eduventurespace.com with a plain statement that you're withdrawing, or fill in the model form below. Using the form is optional; any clear statement is enough. We'll reimburse the refundable amount within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method you paid with, at no extra cost to you.

EduVentureSpace.com does not endorse any third-party institution and is not responsible for third-party content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EduVentureSpace.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or failure to achieve any educational or career outcome — arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduVentureSpace.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service in an unlawful manner.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which EduVentureSpace.com is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

EU/EEA consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
